The Global College is proud to celebrate the achievements of its IB Biology students in the prestigious British Biology Olympiad. This challenging two-hour exam attracts over 18,000 students from more than 1,000 schools worldwide, testing their knowledge and critical thinking in the field of biology.
Two of our students earned top awards for their outstanding performance. Alejandra received the Silver Award, placing her in the top 10% of participants, while Sofia secured the Bronze Award, ranking in the top 15%. Their dedication and hard work in mastering complex biological concepts have paid off, demonstrating their passion for science and academic excellence.
Beyond awards, the Olympiad experience helps students develop essential skills in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and scientific reasoning—key competencies for future studies and careers in STEM. Participating in such a globally recognized competition reflects The Global College’s commitment to academic excellence and inspiring students to reach their full potential.
