The third edition of our Pre-IB Summer Program was a resounding success, as 60 new students from around the world gathered to begin their IB journey at The Global College. This program provided a valuable opportunity for students to meet their peers and start building a strong sense of community.
Throughout the summer program, students participated in IB-specific sessions that focused on subject choices, university access, and preparation for the IB curriculum. In addition to academic guidance, they attended workshops on leadership, teamwork, social impact and sustainability, and the role of technology in today’s world. These sessions were designed to equip students with the skills and mindset necessary to thrive in the IB program and beyond.
There was also plenty of time for fun and relaxation. Students enjoyed watching the European Football Championship together, which added to the excitement and camaraderie. The highlight of the program was, as always, the talent show, where students showcased their diverse skills and creativity. The beautiful historic city of Segovia and the impressive IE University campus added to the unforgettable experience for everyone involved.
