By experimenting first-hand with Blockchain and learning about its potential applications, the Blockchain Club, led by our Mathematics Lead and students, has created the TGC Token. Tokens, compared to cryptocurrencies, are not created for currency exchange purposes, but rather to generate value aligned with an organization’s interests.
The club is currently validating the different uses of the TGC Token within the school to promote positive behavior by testing in a real-life environment. The objective of the club is to learn about technologies driving global change, their implications, and challenging themselves in the process.
