What is the best way for our student’s to prepare for the IB Diploma? This year’s Pre-IB Summer Program 2022 was a great opportunity for student’s to bond with their future classmates, learn and develop their skills and get ready for their classes to begin in September.
An international environment, learning about entrepreneurship and leadership, as well as new friendships were some of the highlights.
The program took place at IE University’s stunning Segovia Campus, Santa Cruz la Real, where our students had the opportunity to learn through workshops, sports and cultural activities around the city.
Exploring academic options and interests
Our students had the opportunity to explore their interests during our two-week immersive Pre-IB Summer Program 2022, where they took classes for English, Chemistry and Entrepreneurship, among others. They were able to conduct real-life experiments, learn about sustainability and innovation, and get acquainted with our experiential learning methodologies.
Developing Leadership Skills
At The Global College, learning happens outside the classroom too! We took advantage of what the beautiful city of Segovia has to offer and conducted sports and cultural activities focused on the development of leadership skills. Kayaking, hiking, playing rugby with professional players and a gymkhana around the city were some of them.
