Our Pre-IB Summer Program offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills, bond with future classmates and gain confidence for a great start in September.
We will be sending out an e-mail to all students in the Spring with information further information and instructions on how to sign up. There are 50 places available, and places are allotted in the order in which we receive the summer program registration form.
Whether you are coming from a school within Spain or from abroad, specific documentation and procedures must be followed to ensure their educational credentials are properly recognized by the Spanish MInistry of Education.

If you are a boarding student, or are moving to Spain without your parents, you already know that there are time-consuming and complex legal requirements which need to be met in order to have a legal status in Madrid for the duration of the program.
Regardless of nationality, it is important to familiarize yourselves with the procedures and start taking necessary steps early. We urge you to immediately review our guide and recommendation below.

We are excited to receive you on Saturday August 30th, from 3 PM at the boarding house, and at 7 PM on campus for our Welcome & Orientation Sessions for students and families.
The Orientation program for students will run on Sunday and Monday.
For those families that are planning to stay in Madrid during Orientation, students will have optional activities and free time. However, it is preferred that students have moved in and are sleeping at the boarding house.
For student arriving on their own, the boarding team can make provisions for the student’s arrival and even organize pick-up at the airport.
We have agreements with two leading Spanish private healthcare providers offering medical insurance plans at better fees for members of our community.
Families are encouraged to contact the companies directly to discuss about policy specifics, terms and conditions, contracting process and payment requirements, or any other questions they may have, and to compare plans –including other Spanish providers- before making their decision.
